We have multiple sites, one of which houses a Helpdesk with a shared line.... (say, "Site A"). One of the members of the Helpdesk sits at a different site from the rest of the group ("Site B"). Is there a way we can set it up so that the person at Site B can receive calls from all users (Sites C, D, E, etc.) except those calls coming in from Site A (using the same shared line)? I know we can set up filters but I'm only seeing instructions on how to filter users dialing a number as opposed to what number they're dialing from.
