I have just installed Unity 2.4.6.161 on a Windows 2K server running SP2 and Exchange 5.5 with SP4 in a NT 4 Domain. After the machine reboots I tried to access the System Administration page. However I get the following error:
Access denied
Your Windows Domain Account ["my domain name"\] is not associated with a Unity Subscriber.
You cannot access the Unity System Administration web pages.
Please see your system administrator for more details.
I have followed the steps to make sure that my NT account is the account listed on the Mailbox in Exchange. Any ideas???
Thanks,
Pete

I have solved this problem by associating my NT account with the Unity Admin mailbox in Exchange. That will let you open SAWeb when logged as your domain account. The only caveat is that only one person can manage the system using SAWeb. I understand this has been changed in 3.1.
Hope this helps.
