I tried to use Speed Dials I setup at the web page for my Cisco 7960 to allow me to use my Sprint calling card. I set the first Speed Dial entry to dial the 800 number and the second to dial the PIN. The first one gets me to the "Welcome to Sprint...Please dial 0 and the number you are calling" I dial the phone number I am calling, then hear "please enter you PIN". I then press the soft button where I've programmed the PIN but nothing happens. I guess it needs to hear dial tone before it will dial a number. Does anyone know how to make this work or know of another way?
How to create a speed dial to enter a PIN during a call
