I'm getting info from users that say they dial into my autoattendant, and then can't dial 0 for the operator, etc. We have been having other system trouble, so the system has been re-booted lately, and then Wavegain apparently resets to origianl volume? I reset wavegain after each re-boot to a lower playback volume. Is this related? is the greeting so loud it can't hear DTFM breaking through?

Here's a couple of threads that might help out...
this one is for DTMF not being heard:

This is for a generic one way audio problem (i.e. you can hear Unity but Unity is not recording or picking up DTMF digits).

Also, there's another thread out there that I can't find from Keith that talks about a similiar problem when the user had two NICs in their system.

FYI,
The Wavegain utility is used to adjust the volume dynamically, while Unity is running. You need to adjust the registry settings mentioned in the following post if want the settings to be perminent.
