Call Manager: Rel. 4.1(3) es 76.1
We removed a user for IPCC from the call manager, it still shows in the RM of the IPCC. The problem is that when we created a new user, it seems that it kept the original MAC adress associated with the old user, so when we try to login with the new user, we have an XML error, we canno't change the status of the phone, we were able to fix the problem by changing the phone. we had removed every association with that user in the CM and IPCC, but the user remain in the RM of the IPCC and it's not into the inactive agent.
How can we remove that user from Database.
Any idea?
