Can't dial 4 digit ext @ new site

We are installing 20 - 7940 phones at a new site. The ext #'s are 1000-1039. ( they match the DID #'s).

We have 30 phones at another site ( ext 5950 to 5999, These also match the DID #'s. I have two phones setup at my desk , one is ext 1039 ( new site ) and

another ext 5992 ( on the original site ). 1039 can call 5992 OK, but when 5992 calls 1039 I get RNA. These are all on the same CallMgr. Also the msgwt on ext 1039 won't work.. Any ideas ?? TIA

How do you have the partitions setup? And what are you using for voice mail?

I duplicated the existing partitions and then renamed them for the new site. We are using unity.

maybe you can post your css & partitions that would be easier if you want help,

I made some additions to the CSS's and now I am able to dial 4 digits between the two sites. I changed the partition and css on the phone to match the site that has msgwt working. I now get msgwt. It doesn't appear to be a unity probem now.
