i created a translation rule but it only works if i dial directly 65910xxxx from the phone.
Anyone can help to solve this ?
Using CUCM 6.1 and AD

Hi David, I tried to reproduce this problem on our 6.1 Environment, but not having the same issue even if the number contains a '+' as a prefix. Calls go through normally; and there is no translation pattern for it in our system.
Support for E.164 dialling patterns containing the + character was a new feature introduced in CUCM 7.0.
If you want to use + in route patterns you will need to upgrade.
See line 3 in table 1 at the link below.

Is there any parameter that should be changed ?
1. on our lab using CUCM 6.1 and it works with "+"
2. on our client using CUCM 6.1 but it doesn't work with "+"
3. on our productive using CUCM 7.1 but it doesn't work with "+"
I found something strange.
In our lab and productive environment, it works by adding \+
however at one of our client using CCM 6.1 when I try to add \+ on the translation pattern, it says warning error.
I can't remember excatly the message.. seem that
"Translation pattern only can contains character .[!/ ,etc"
Any clue for this ?
Thanks in advance
I'm not even sure how you mention you were able to add it on a previous post. \ is not a valid character as noticed and also guides do not show it.
