Re: Can't display user information in Global Directory

Is your corporate directory working fine ? The Plugin should be installed on all CallManagers in the cluster to get this working on all CallManagers. Try to see if you are able to access the GLobal Directory from the Admin pages on any of the other servers.

Also check that Diraccess value in the registry key in the CAllManager is set to true.

Hope this helps

Re: Can't display user information in Global Directory

We have experienced this problem as well and in the end we found the cause to be that we used a "%" in the password. Try to avoid using underscores and hyphens and other symbols in your partitions, calling search spaces, and so on, as it can make the database unstable.

If it is in the password cisco does have a procedure for changing it, make sure you follow this procedure. Whatever you do don't just change it in the old fashioned NT way as you will corrupt the box.

Hopefully it is just a partition name or something like that.

Good luck and i hope this helps...
