Can't hear unity after selecting messages button

Exchange 2000 Unified.

CCM 3.3(3) SR-1

This is a new install. Both Unity and CCM are on the same network segment. After installing unity with no errors, we go to access the Unity system and I can see that it connects via status monitor; however I do not hear anything (I don't hear the Unity Greeting).

We are able to make IP Phone calls and have both way conversations.

We are using G.711 both on CCM and Unity. I also do not see a SINGLE error in the application log referring to anything.
