can't hear voice over wan with two CCM

Hello ..

we have two CCM

first has extention like 55XX

and second 77XX

also we use gatekeeper to establish connection btween two CCM

i can call any phone 77xx from 55xx and vice versa ..

but can't hear the voice ..

two CCM connected via g729 over 512k Wan link

both CCM and CIsco phones 7960 have real IP adress ..

can u help me with this problem ?
