Can't import new users to Unity 3.1.1 from Exchange 2000

When trying to import a user from Exchange 2000 to Unity, I am not able to browse the exchange users from the add page in Unity. It just shows up "blank". Also, the domain field shows nothing when I try and select a domain. Users that have already been added from Exchange are receiving voice mails in their outlook inbox just fine. The following error is showing up in the application event viewer:

Skipping synchronization cycle due to error connecting to LDAP server. Ensure that the server is accessible, Exchange services are running on the server, and the monitor service account is configured correctly.

Re: Can't import new users to Unity 3.1.1 from Exchange 2000

Did you recently move a domain controller or global catalog server ? Are they both up and running fine?

To determine the GC that Cisco Unity is monitoring, open Regedit and browse to: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\Directory Connectors\DirSynchGlobalCatalog\1.00\Directory\DefaultGlobalCatalogServer

To determine the DC that Cisco Unity is monitoring, open Regedit and browse to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\Directory Connectors\DirSynchAD\1.00\Domains\\DefaultDomainController.
