can't import user

Scenario :

Unity 3.13 upgraded to 3.14 is a MS 2000 member server in AD domain A,mails are stored in NT ex55 in the other domain. We were be able to import all the users from exchange 55 when first install the system one month ago. But now when we try import newly added user, we just can't see these new users . What could be the problem?

Are the exchange users you're trying to import on the Exchange 5.5 box or an Exchange 2k box? If you move a problem user from the ex5.5 box to the ex2k box, can you import them? When you say "we try import newly added user, we just can't see these new users", are you saying that you can't see the users before or after you try importing them? If it's before, make sure their raw property "Allow Rich Text" in Ex5.5 is set to 1.

It's purely offbox exchnage55,no ex2000. What we did is select "import existing exchange users " then click "find". But we couldn't see the newly created users from the output.

Did setting the "Allow Rich Text" to 1 on the recipient's raw properties help?
