Can't Log in to Unity

I have a customer who cannot log into his Unity System. When he tries to login he receives the message below. This happens when he tries logging in the Unity Server directly. Might there be a quick fix for this or should I refer him to TAC.

Thanks in advance,

Access denied
Your Windows Domain Account [PALOVERDE\Administrator] is not associated with a Unity Subscriber.

You cannot access the Unity System Administration web pages.

Please see your system administrator for more details.

Steve Radogna

This happens when you try to administer Unity with an NT account which is not associated with a Unity subscriber. It would help to know if this is unified messaging and how Unity is installed in the domain. Unity & browser version info would also be useful.

You can use Exchange Admin to change the default NT account for the Example Administrator mailbox to the domain account you're using.

You can also set your browser to prompt for username/password then use a qualified domain account to log in to the SA.
