Can't login Call Attendant

After the initial account was set up in Call Attendant, any accounts that were added can not login to Call Attendant. You receive Invalid Username when you try to login

This could be caused by the version of attendant console on your pc and the version of the attendant console that is available through Cisco CallManager Administration not matching. http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/attendnt/call_att/1_1_3/english/ac_8_eng.htm
