Can't negate sdspfarm tag

Hello,

I have CME 3.4. T've tried to configure transcoding and added next lines to configuration:

telephony-service

...

sdspfarm units 2

sdspfarm transcode sessions 4

sdspfarm unregister force

sdspfarm tag 1 mtp0016c85f0871

...

But now I cannot negate sdspfarm tag command:

ccme-luk(config-telephony)#no sdspfarm tag 1

MTP is associate with xcoding sessions. Remove failed

There is no active calls and "sh sdspfarm sessions" returns empty result.

In what way should I reconfigure it? Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Re: Can't negate sdspfarm tag

Try taking out the configured transcode sessions.

no sdspfarm transcode sessions 4

May be that is holding the MTP.

Re: Can't negate sdspfarm tag

No, the issue stays the same:

ccme-luk(config-telephony)#no sdspfarm transcode

ccme-luk(config-telephony)#no sdspfarm tag 1

MTP is associate with xcoding sessions. Remove failed

I found a work-around. In global configuration mode disable telephony-service and configure it anew. However in this case it's neccesary to reconfigure all IP Phones and DNs and reload CCME... :( Not a pleasant way.

Re: Can't negate sdspfarm tag

Did you try disabling sccp globally and try removing it ?
