When i check my mail from outlook and get a voice message i save it to the hard drive. Then when i click to play it errors: "Couldn't find destination format"
If you are recording in g.729, then Windows Media does not have that codec installed by default and will not be able to play it. Install Viewmail for Outlook, and it should resolve the problem
