Hi there,<br><br>Unity 245 135<br>CCM 3.1.1<br>TSP 302<br><br>I can't record either a user's name or personal greeting. The phone is accepting key strokes such as the hash key but does not record anything. The phone is set as the record/playback device.<br><br>I have added the ports on the Unity box to accept MM conections and test between the TSP and the CMM works OK.<br><br>What am I doing wrong?<br><br>Thanks for your help in advance.<br><br>Regards<br><br>Richard<br><br>
It sounds to me like you are getting one-way audio from the phone to the Unity. The reason Unity still gets the DTFM is that DTFM is sent out of band as a skinny message from the CallManager rather than the phone.
Lots of things can cause one-way voice. Do you have 2 NICs in the Unity or 2 IP addresses? Can you ping the phone from the Unity server?
