We rebuilt Unity. All of the old subscibers cannot be found when their alias is submitted as an import when creating new subscriber. Users that were never subscribers show up. Users that don't show up have the "allow rich text" RAW attribute set to 1. <br><br>
Keith, Sorry, Yes it is 5.5. I thought the information was cached or retained somewhere - just didn t know where to look. I thought it was something in CCM, but Exchange in now obvious. The old DNs were in there. I changed it to "0" and set it, did a sync of the dir's, I though for sure my userID would pop up from the search, but still no luck.
Jeff, OK - That was another one with the old DN. Cleaned that up, but still no go. Anymore bugs? Voicemail password has hex and voicemail flags is 01 on users that don't work. Users that do work they are blank. Will try.
OK - Got it. We had to clean custom attribute #12 as well. Now the UIDs are coming in. Is it possible to script raw prop. changes like changing reg. keys? If so, it would be nice since we have a couple of hundred subscribers to do in Exchange properties and in Unityadmin. Thanks for pointing us in the right direction.
