Can't reset phones in Call Manager 3.2

Just upgraded from CM 3.1.3a to 3.2.2c SPG. Now if I try to reset a phone through Call Manager Admin it says its's done it, but the phone doesn't reset - same for reset and restart.

If you reboot the phone with a **#** the new config appears on the phone - like a dn change or a call forward.

Call forward doesn't work either. Do a call forward on the handset to a number and then call the phone and the phone still rings even though it says it's forwarded.

Any ideas anyone?

What do you mean 3.2.2c SPG. If my understanding is correct you only apply the 3.2.2.c patch. If so I think you need to apply the 3.1.3a patch again because applying the patch change the phone loads. To be able to upgrade to 3.2.2c you need to do the upgrade path.

I upgraded the OS and then upgraded to 3.2.2c and then applied Support Pack G, which I think is correct.

Everything works fine accept resetting the phones and call forwarding.

Any ideas anyone?

I have realised that the reset does work - it takes about 10seconds to kick in. Same with the CallForwardAll.

We have another customer with same V3.2.2c SPG and there is no problem.

Is this a bug?
