Can we change the matching time ?

Dear All,

we have CCM System version: 5.1.2a

one 7825-I2 Pub and one 7825-I2 Sub

we have several route pattern start with 0XXX, and also we have many directory number begin with 0 number.

For example If we dial 005 (Internal Directory Number) we should wait about 10 second to match this DN. Therefore, how can we change this waiting time ??

Have you tried pressing # after you are finished dialing? I think the real root of the matter here is your overlapping dial plan. until you get that resolved it will be a pain to troubleshoot when you get that call that certain numbers can not be dialed.
