Can you assign user defined options in the Cisco Network Registrar (CNR)

A voice over IP PABX needs to have assigned user defined Options in the Cisco Network Registrar (CNR)DHCP scope ie 3 is the router option etc, we need to configure 5 extra options from 128,129,130,132,133. Can this be done?

Yes. In the GUI, right click DHCP server, then properties, then advanced, then custom options.

Now add the required options by identifying name and type. If you need a multi-value option select data is array.

Now right click the scope that requires the options, select properties, then view policy, then select the policy in use, edit options, under available options the last item is custom options.

Select the required option, insert the required value and add. OK to close all windows and reload the server.

This can also be done using the command line interface.
