Is there any way I'm overlooking to display just the 7940 phones in a cluster? I'm trying to account for them and that seemed the easiest way - but alas it did not look so easy when I set out to do it :-)
you can search by the description field. So if you put a description of 7940-1000 for the extension then you would be able to search for just the 7940 phones. Or you could use a unique calling search space and search by that criteria. You have to organize the installation for things like this ahead of time.
You can go to the Admin servicability Tool, go to devices and double click on phone. Finish, now you can click on Model, and you see all your phones sorted by model (7940....)
