Hi,

A costumer has a Call Manager Express configured on a C1760-V.(Rel. 12.3(4)T). When the incomming call are configured to redirect the call outside the local IP environment, this doesn´t work.

The call are configured to be redirected from a IPPhone7960(P00403020214.bin)

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hector

Can you explain this a little better to me. The call is configured to come into the 1760 via what type of port and destined for an phone off the local router? Such as in the need for a VoIP dial-peer type situation? Just trying to better visualize.

Hector,

It sounds like the problem may be with the calling search space for the call forwards on the line.

If you use Extension mobility, and have the Calling search space on the device, rather than the line, once the user logs out the line has no calling search space, and so the call forward has to use the CSS on the call forward settings. If there isn't one then the call forward will most likely fail.

Check out the CSS on the Forward All settings on the line. This may be your problem.

What do you mean by "configured to redirect the call outside"? Do you mean the users set "Call Forward All" on their phones to an outside number in PSTN, or do they want to manually transfer the call to PSTN?

You may try setting "transfer-pattern" under the telephony-service config. The pattern would be wildcard which covers the number being transferred to. Like if users try to transfer to PSTN at 2142621000, add the command like "transfer-pattern 214.......", considering access code 9.
