Cannot add user in ccmadmin web tool

When i try to add a user i get object.undefined error. running cisco callmanager 3.13a on the mcs7800 servers (cluster of 2 servers). i opened a case with tac after doing a couple of reinstalls thinking i had missed something and they suggested something to do with dc directory manager. service not running. it is set to run on startup and is running. i can login to the dc directory administrator but only as Administrator and not as Directory Manager/ciscocisco as suggested by many. When I login as Admin, i get a message that the master domain is not available (or something like that). This has been going on since day 1 with this callmanager. It is on a network where there are no other microsoft servers or workstations, no active directory or ldap or domain controllers anywhere in the mix. just two callmanagers, a router, a switch and some phones. any suggestions on where to go with this?

I had a problem with the dc directory on 3.1(3a) after a failed upgrade. I couldn't log into the dc directory admin either.

Try the info in the following link, it worked for me.

Also, check this url out aswell....... it maybe of some use in verifying your passwd.
