odd problem occuring. A single user on a 7960 phone cannot get her voice mail on the phone however she can get voice mail from any other ohone in a 5 node network. No user can check voice mail on this phone.
It is identical to every other hone in the environment. Have replaced the phone,rebuilt the user and changed network location.
Any thing silly that we are obviously missing?
