cannot conect to UE

Hi,

I have a new CME with NM-UE,

I have configured UE (I can access it from Web), on CME in cofig I've got:

telephony-service

voicemail 2369

dial-peer voice 1 voip

translate-profile outgoing 1

destination-pattern 2...

session protocol sipv2

session target ip:10.48.4.2

dtmf-relay sip-notify

codec g711ulaw

no vad

I cannot dial 2369 or any 2xxx phone number. When I am calling 8000xxx message led is on and off as should be, What I am doing wrong? What I have to check more?

On Unity Express I have entered voicemail nuber as 369, but on CME I hve putted voicemail as 2369, and I think it is OK, isn't it?

These numbers should match, go ahead and change the number to 2369. That should fix your issue.

Can you post your interface service-engine configuration? Did you run through the setup on CUE via the website, if yes did you assign 2369 as the call-in number?

When I was configuring CUE in Web Site I have enterd 369 number, I thought it is correct (2369 when calling from CME, but 369 as internal number in CUE ???)

Do you have dialplan pattern in there ?

if your extensions are in the 20XX range and your dialplan pattern is of the format, 2145422... format, it will match 2369 as well. So when you dial 2369, it gets transformed to 2145422369. So I would advise to change the dialplan pattern format to 21454220.. so that when you dial 2369, it will not get transformed to 2145422369.

I do not have any dialplane yet, is it necessary to access VoiceMail?

As I understand, dialplan is needed when I want to connect to external, yes?
