Cannot EM login. "autorization req'ed" or "host not found"

Cannot EM login via the IP phone service button and message on the IP phone

-when the EM IP phone serivce pointing to SUB, get "authrization required!" with ID and Password menu.

-when pointing to PUB, get "host not found" message

Configuratrion

1)IP phone service

-EM_login=http://10.253.61.11/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

-EM_logout=http://10.253.61.11/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#&doLogout=true

2)device profile

-device=em_2020, standard 7960 user, subscribe EM_logout service, DN=2020

-device=em_3020, standard 7960 user, subscribe EM_logout service, DN=2030

3)User

-create a user and associate two EM profile. em_2020 and em_3020

4)IP phone

-check EM, Logout profile=user current device settings

-subscriber EM_login

I changed the host name to IP@ on the Enterprise service and able to login successfully the IPCC services(to clarify). suspect database issue but no idea what's wrong. PUB/SUB, CCM4.1.3

Please advise what's wrong and troubleshooting guide.

The issue couldn't resolve by scratch install or restart the CCM but finally works by restart the TCD service... looks its bug in 4.1.3

Anybody know this issue or bug id if available?

By checking the config in CCM 4.1.3 we dont need the Logout service as in previous releases.

Actually TCD has nothing to do with EM, It is for Line Status and AC control.

Didnt find any DDTS related in 4.1.3.

Will be great to have access to that server to see what happened after configuring everything correctly.

Symptom:

Attempting to access the configured Extension Mobility service results in the following error message: "Host Not Found"

Conditions:

CRS 4.0(1) Co-Resident with CallManager and

Extension Mobility configured

Will occurr after installing, or upgrading to, CRS 4.0(1) on a CallManager server (co-resident) where EM previously worked.

Issue is also seen with CM IPMA functionality, where IPMA stop working and/or

unable to download the client file to install on a PC.

Workaround:

On the Co-Resident CCM/CRS server:

1. In a text editor, edit:

"C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat\conf\server.MCVD.xml"

2. Find where the port number "8009" is configured, and change to "8010"

3. Reboot the server for the changes to take effect.

Further Problem Description:

The issue is caused by a Tomcat service port conflict.
