Cannot enable peripherals on Collaboration server

Hi,

I had to reinstall the collaboration server. After reinstalling, I cannot view the peripheral to be enabled. I have deleted and added the peripherals to ICM with no success. How can I get the the colloboration server to show me the peripherals to be enabled. Is there a bug? CONAPI is up and running and I was able to activate the MRD's. I would greatly appreciate any help that I can get on this.

Re: Cannot enable peripherals on Collaboration server

You have to first unintsall successfully and then do a reinstall.

Also refer to the installation guide

Re: Cannot enable peripherals on Collaboration server

Well, it is not as easy as that. I did fix it last week. First, all the CCS MRD components including peripheral will have to be disabled before the uninsall otherwise, after install, peripherals cannot be enabled and hence, ARM will never come up.
