Cannot install IPMA console on the non-MCS SUB box

I installed PUB/IPCC on the MCS-7835 and SUB on the non-MCS box. all works okay. CCM4.1.3

I tried install IPMA console on the SUB box(non-MCS) but "not authorized" error on the browser when I hit the URL.

-HTTP 401.1 on the IE

-EventID=534, IUSER_Guest has not been granted the requested login type at this machine.

Any idea why I cannot run the IPMA console installation on the SUB box?

Thanks in advance,

Re: Cannot install IPMA console on the non-MCS SUB box

Your trying to install the IPMA Console on a CallManager?

I think the IPMA Console App is intended to be installed on a client machine.

Re: Cannot install IPMA console on the non-MCS SUB box

Fixed the problem by change the anonymous user from IUSER_Guest to IUSER_xxx (xxx=subscriber computer name) in IIS's directory security. this may happen in the non-MCS box but don't know why.

1. change the password IUSER_xxx from local user

2. Administator Tools > ISM > propertes on the "default web site" > Directory Security > Edit on the Anonymous access > Edit > Browse and choose IUSER_xxx and put the password.

Thanks,
