Cannot Record or Play Call Handler Greeting/Profile
1. In unity saweb, pick up a Callhandler, go to profile.
2. From the Options menu, click Recording Devices or Playback devices
3. On the pop-up mention the extension and unity server name/ip address
4. Click play recording, nothing happens, and error pops-up ""No ports on the voice server are available for outgoing calls"
Under UTIM, for all 32 ports, Answer calls and Dialout MWI are checked. It is unity 4.0.1 and was never working correctly since install, it worked intermittently for sometime, and now stopped working completely.

The port option you need to make sure is checked for some ports is "TRAP Connection" - if you just have enabled, answer calls and message notification that's not going to cut it - TRAP (Telephone Record and Playback) is necessary for VMO to be able to get a call back on a port like that.
