Cannot unforward calls on CUCM 6.1.2

Cannot get lines unforwarded. I have checked the phone and line apperances on the User Options page for forwarding all calls and nothing is checked. It is hung up from the forwarding that was put on these lines from last night. Any help would be appreciated.

You could always try restarting the Cisco Database Layer Monitor....that is what fixes it for me. It's under DB services which is under the Network Services Control center.

How many phones are affected in the cluster? If it is wide spread. Please check the Publisher. If the Publisher is okay then it is a change notification issue.
