cant hear voice mail or recorded user name

I cant hear or listen to voicemails left on a extension the MWI glows but i cant hear a thing even when i follow the initial Ineractive voice and record my name cant even hear that and ideas???

sounds like it's a one-way-audio issue. There's a number of configuration issues that may account for that. Check out the tech tips library here:
