I get the following error when I try to send a report in CAR: 10011. I have setup the email parameters and the two servers involved can ping each other. I am using CM 3.2(2c), CAR 3.2(0.12), Exchange 2000 (on my Unity box/ both the cm and Unity are in the same domain and can ping each other). Any thoughts?
I'm not sure exactly what the problem is here... are you running a report in Unity and having trouble with it completing/sending notification or is this a different issue entirely? If it is a Unity reports issue, can you elaborate on which report is failing?
The reports are working fine. The problem is with the transportation of mail from CAR. I believe it is more of an exchange or an issue with our network. I apologize for posting this before exhausting all avenues.
