Can anyone tell me on the above configuration(CAR not shapping), Excess burst Be:96000bytes is for one interval or per second?

The explain from the material I have is as following:

Initial bursts at line speed can last up to 3 seconds because the token bucket can

hold up to 96000 tokens (bytes) which equals 768000 bits (3 x 256000 bits).

So if as it explains, Be is not the value per interval or per second, actually is the size. this is not the definition for Be. Thanks

It will be interval in a second say 125 millsec normally. It cannot be 3 sec as you say. It will fall within a second
