Hi,
I have a doubt about the catalyst performance of 3550 if I suppose that the traffic is only voice over IP.
I don't know the maximum throughput (kpps) of Catalyst 3550.
Can someone help me?

It's not traffic dependent , it depends on the size of the packet usually, its represented for a packet of size 64 bytes. The usual size of voice packet ranges from 80 to 256 bytes.So you will find a variation in the number of packets per second for voice.This again varies depending upon the voice codecs that is being used.

These are the specification of 3550 and againg it depends upon the model too.

Thank you very much for your information.
At the end, I have calculate the convertion from G.711 to IP packet with 10 msec of latency.
After the calculation the minimum packet size is 80 byte.
This packet size multiplied for the channel number I obtained the total bandwidth and the forwarding rate is enough low regarding the limit of 6.6 Mpps, as you write.
Note that I didn't consider the overhead give by the packet header.
