Cause i = 0x8283 - No route to destination

I have a really weird problem, im trying to sell minutes by voip on my 7206vxr.

E1 to E1 works fine, but when i try to terminate traffic on my box from voip i get the message:

ISDN Se1/1:15 Q931: TX -> SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x4BE4

1584253: <009>Sending Complete

1584254: <009>Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A3

1584352: <009>Cause i = 0x80AF - Resource unavailable, unspecified

Ive removed the rest of the uk 0044 number for obvious reasons.

But why is the switch returning Cause i = 0x8283 - No route to destination, when it is a working telephone number.

Re: Cause i = 0x8283 - No route to destination

If this is in UK, why are you sending calls to the PSTN starting with the international prefix ?

Shouldn't that be left out leaving only the local number ?
