cBarge Question

What is the maximum number of callers that can cBarge into a established call?

I can't seem to get any more than one for some reason.

ThankS!

Re: cBarge Question

Hi Steven,

It sounds like the "Built in Bridge" is being used by the device that has the active call. To alow more than 1 user to Barge in on a call you must use the "Shared Bridge". Have a look at this doc that details the interactions and restrictions of Barge and cBarge;

Barge and Privacy

Bridge supports a second barge setup to an already barged call--

Using Barge Softkey (Built-in Conference Bridge at Target Device)

*No*

Using cBarge Softkey (Shared Conference Bridge)

*Yes*

Hope this helps!

Rob
