I am loading a new copy of Conference Connection. The OS is 2000 2.5sr7 with the icd-ivr-aa.2-2-5-spB patch. But I still can not display the AppAdmin web page.

are you running the Cisco Security Agent ?

Thank you for the input. It turned out that I had to manually stop the Cisco Application Engine services under Windows. Then reinstall the ivr patch. The patch was supposed to stop that service before loading, but it could not stop the service.
