CCC

My CCC server is working fine and I have a 10 user license, but it seems that when their users logging in at the beginning of a conference (at the "enter your conference id" part), I can only get 5 users connected. The 6th gets a busy tone.

Any thoughts ?

Hi Jon -

Your CallManager probably only has 5 CTI ports defined for your CCC. I would make that 10. Therefore allowing 10 concurrent connection to the IVR portion of your CCC.
