I was wondering how to disable the comfort noise in 3.2.2 call manager, when I call unity, there is alot of "white noise" how can this be disabled?

To disable comfort noise on your Call Manager, make sure that you have the following parameters in your Call Manager set to false:
SilenceSupressionSystemWide
SilenceSupressionWithGateways
You can find these parameters by selecting Service> Service Parameters and Select Cisco Call Manager.

Thanks for the response, the problem was the TSP wave driver, I reinstalled the latest version and the "white-noise" was gone.

For these two parameters :
SilenceSupressionSystemWide
SilenceSupressionWithGateways
When comfort noise is dasabled, when the parameter is true, or when is false, because the descritpion in help sounds too ambiguous.
