Our CCM 3.2(2c) goes often to CPU Usage 100%, and don't leave it.
We think that is caused by the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher service.
We stop and start the service and the CCM goes ok, for about 8/9 hours.
All services are working perfectly, no error messages except for the above service.
We have CM integrated with AD
Are any way to avoid this situation?

We resolved this by applying the latest service packs for SQL

Turn off Audio Translator service when not in use. We found this was causing high CPU on CM3.2.2c.
There are many bugs related to TCD. You better disable the service if you dont use it or install the latest Attendant Console version .
