I am running 3.2.2c rev E with Unity 3.1.5 and I am having good experiences. There are 50-75 very active sets/users on the call managers - so obviously they are not being tasked that much. Occasionally the IP Media Streamer fails for no reason, and I sometimes have gateway problems - but otherwise the users are loving Intercom features.
I really don't have much else to say - running on the cutting edge does create some problems - i'm sure glad for SmartNET and the NetPro forums!
