Is it possible to activate call-forwarding on the CCM 333 using an HTTP GET/POST request?

I believe you meant to set forward-all calls of one user to another through http. Yes, this is possible. The link http:///ccmuser/callforward.asp is used for setting forward-all and it uses POST mechanism.

Also remember to set the user context by doing a login through http:///ccmuser/logon.asp
