CCM 3.3.3 CAR

Hi there,

My customer got a single CCM ver 3.3.3 with CDR installed. The topoogy is a centralized topology with about 13 different sites. There is a router in each site as a h.323 voice gateway. The customer would like to know whether CAR can record the total number of calls that are processed by CCM within each sites. If the CAR can record this figure, the customer would also like to know how to retrieve this figure.

1. The customer can get a report per call leg. Meaning that the amt of calls, etc for each gateway can be configured.

2. Two-ways. They can install the CAR application and then run reports or create an ODBC connection and use that to run reports.
