ich have upgrade aur Cluster from CCM 3.3(2)spc to CCM 3.3(3)sr1. After this Update we have one way audio problems! Sometimes you cannot get the call after lifting the handset. The phone is still ringing and you have to push a couple time the "answer" button on the phone to finally get the call.
have you already veryfied the properties of the softphone (I assume that you are talking about softphones because of headsets)? The address in the audio/network properties must match the client IP address. Another sympton: FW is blocking the UDP port
