CCM 3.3.3(sr4a) MWI problem

Recently upgraded CCM to 3.3sr4 and since then we have lost the Message Waiting lights on the IP phones. All 7940's affected. Checked the Callmanager and the MWI extensions are still setup. Tried to manually bring the lights on by using a PABX extension that is VDIR enabled, but no success. The DT70's on the PABX are still working so not VMail server.

Any thoughts?

In 3.3.3 it defauls to no light on the phone. Go to service>service parameters>call manager>Cluster Wide Parameters (Feature - General)>Message waiting lamp policy>choose Primary Line - Light and Prompt.

Checked the service settings and they are already set to Primary line - Light and Prompt enabled. This is on both Pub/Sub.

Any other suggestions?

You need to re-synchronize with Unity. Go to Unity Webadmin, on the left under 'System' go to 'Switch'. At the bottom there is an option to Resynch all MWI now. that should fix your problem.

Hi

Have just built two callmanager clusters both with sr4a and both will not light the MWI ,cant even "dial" them on .
