CCM 3.3(3) with IOS/H323/PRI Calling Party Number

7960 Line 1 2242 is configured with External Phone Number Mask 9043565627, the remote side receives 904-798-9210 instead, I'm not certain where 904-798-9210 is coming from, maybe the telco? I have checked CCM's route pattern, route list, route group, none have this 9210 number or anything configured for calling party translations. A debug isdn q931 shows;

Re: CCM 3.3(3) with IOS/H323/PRI Calling Party Number

This 'Calling Party Number i = 0x0081, '2242'' indicates that only 4 digit is being sent to Telco. I would think Telco is maniplulating the digits. Can you try to send 10 digits into Telco? In the CM administration page goto the Route Pattern used and check the box 'Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask'; that would send 10 digits to Telco.

Re: CCM 3.3(3) with IOS/H323/PRI Calling Party Number

I think you found the problem. There is not a checkmark under the Route Pattern for "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask". I'll change that and see what happens -jason

Do you have any number set in the gateway settings in ccm? In the caller number?
