Please, could you help me find a document, describing which Calling Search Space is used for Forward No Answer if configured to <None>?

i don't have a document for you, but I know it is using the devices/lines CSS if you set it to none. If you need to restrict users from forwarding to certain patterns, you need to create a blocking CSS and apply it to the field.

Hi Chris,

thank you for your reply, but I have reasons to doubt about it. According to my experience, the CFNA

is using CSS of the calling phone in this case; on the contrary to the CFA, which uses CSS of its phone line. It seems a bit strange to me, so I wanted to compare my experience to documentation, or at least, to somebody else's experience.
