I have a cisco 2651 with CME 3.3 configurated and I want to create an auttoatendant with virtual secretary, telling to press buttons for connecting to the desired department.
I don't know how can I start configuring it.
Which is the default option?
Do I need the unity software?
How can I install in the router ?
Is free if you have CME in the router?
Could you help me to discover this issue?
