Outgoing caller ID displays correctly except when calls are outgoing to Verizon Wireless cell phones. Now Verizon Wireless customers get unknown number. Previously Verizon wireless customers did get Caller ID info from my CCM system.
This issue manifested itself when the system was upgraded to 4.1(3). I have ben informed that this had been an issue at one time in the past but had been resolved. Unfortunately I am unable to contact the previous admin to discover how it was resolved. Previously the system was running CCM 4.0.
